The restaurant is run by the Viros Villa Hotel. We stayed at this hotel and they recommended this restaurant to us. We stayed in Siem Reap for four nights and ate here two nights! The dining environment is great! There are outdoor and indoor dining options. We chose indoor dining because we were afraid of mosquitoes. The restaurant was full of foreigners at night. The dishes are Cambodian, and they taste very good and are made more delicately! Very! Highly recommended! The restaurant is a distance from the hotel, not on the same road, about 200 meters away.

放着让心跳加速的音乐，顶着个帐篷，差点有天似穹庐笼盖四野的感觉，但是听着似乎永不停止的机车轰鸣声又把我拉回现实，5刀不包括饮料可以在这里挥汗吃火锅，用白纱布遮盖得菜品是为了防止恼人的苍蝇，几十个品种有荤有素有生有熟，当地人常吃的一家火锅店，自助形式，等着汤开，我的汗已流成瀑布，好在我在DFS里喷了香水！当地很受欢迎的自助火锅，五点半开始营业，不过早到个半小时也基本差不多好了！5美金畅吃但不包含酒水饮料。看了酒水单点了冰可乐和豆奶，还是国产的。开餐前会点上烧气的炉子加热火锅，它们的构造跟国内火锅有点不一样，当中镂空网格可以加热肉类，鸡肉、猪肉、牛肉等，最好先涂抹点黄油以免粘锅但这里没有。边上可以加清汤比较浅所以每次涮东西不会铺得过多。一排荤的素的各种搭配，冷的生的可以搭配。调料品种不多，几乎都带些辣。推荐炒面，卖相一般口感还行。还有春卷不会特别油腻。海鲜中基围虾是冰鲜的还不错吃。总之在有限预算下吃得扶墙出又偏高火锅的话可以走起。

乱七八糟的烤肉店，怎么区别就那么大呢，食物都是自助的，但是不怎么新鲜的样子，卫生不过关的呀，食物种类真心不够多，没有的食物了，还不会怎么补充，服务员都不会主动提出帮忙，还是按着我们的方式去煮，不会再去第二次。

跟国内火锅不一样，烤肉火锅同时开涮。牛肉腌制过，烤完不用蘸酱，味道好行，其它的火锅类的，我还是比较喜欢中国的酱料。总体5美元，肉类要多少有多少，很抵！
